Who I am
This website (vanyasmvdev.com) is run by Ion, an independent web developer based in Chișinău, Moldova. For any privacy question, write to hello@vanyasmvdev.com.
What I collect
When you use the contact form I receive the name, email address, subject and message you submit. My server also logs your IP address briefly to protect the form from spam and abuse. I use no analytics and no tracking cookies, and I do not build advertising profiles.
Why I use it
I use your details only to read and reply to your message. Security logs are used only to keep the site safe. Legal bases: your request to be contacted, and my legitimate interest in the security of the site.
Who receives it
Your message reaches my inbox through Resend (email delivery); the site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process the data solely to run the service. I never sell or rent your data.
How long I keep it
I keep messages only as long as I need to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, then I delete them. Security logs are short-lived.
Your rights
You can ask me to access, correct, or delete your data, or to stop processing it. Write to hello@vanyasmvdev.com and I will respond. If you are in the EU/EEA you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
My providers may process data outside your country, under appropriate safeguards.
Changes
I may update this policy. The “last updated” date above always shows the current version.
